We share your registration and engagement data (including your name, email address, business information and details of the Technology Roundtable or Technology Insight you engaged with) with the relevant Principal Knowledge Partner so they can understand the reach, effectiveness and audience of the products they sponsor.
This sharing takes place regardless of whether you choose to receive direct communications from the Principal Knowledge Partner and is based on our legitimate interests in operating our Services. You have the right to object to this processing (see Section 12).
When registering to access a Technology Roundtable or Technology Insight, you may also choose to receive communications directly from the relevant Principal Knowledge Partner.
Principal Knowledge Partners are contractually required to contact only those users who have expressly opted in to receive communications from them and must not use shared performance data as a basis for contacting users directly. Where you opt in, the Principal Knowledge Partner acts as an independent Data Controller and processes your personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
The relevant Principal Knowledge Partner is identified at the point of registration so that you know which organisation will receive your information.
Contributing Knowledge Partners do not receive your registration or download data. Their involvement is limited to providing editorial commentary or subject matter expertise.
